Before getting started with OnLetterhead, let's optimize your Windows Mail:
Open your Windows Mail program
Click Windows Mail Inbox
Click Tools
Click Options
Click Send (Underneath the Mail Sending format)
Click HTML Settings >
Uncheck the box marked "Send pictures with messages"
Click OK.
Click the Windows Logo in the bottom left corner of your screen
Click All Programs
Find and click OnLetterhead
Click OnLetterhead
Choose your design, your opening, closing and signature
Click Preview then Apply
Minimize the OnLetterhead Command Center
Go to your Windows Mail program
Next to the Create Mail button is a down-pointing arrow:
Click the arrow and you will be able to choose the OnLetterhead Stationary:

Click the OnLetterhead Stationery and your design will display in your email window.
Step One: Installing Windows Live Mail
Click here to Download Windows Live Mail.
Follow the instructions provided by Microsoft to install Windows Live Mail.
You will be asked to install additional components for Windows Live. You can choose to install these components, however you may choose just the Windows Mail:
Step Two: Log in to OnLetterhead
You can double-click the OnLetterhead icon if it's on your desktop.
Or, you can find it by clicking Start, point to All Programs, OnLetterhead, and click the OnLetterhead icon.
Log into OnLetterhead with your user name and password.
Once you are logged in and you can see your design, minimize the OnLetterhead window.
Step Three: Set up Windows Live Mail
Open Windows Live Mail. You can find it by clicking Start, point to All Programs, Windows Live, and click Windows Live Mail.
During the first launch, you may be asked to either Sign Up or Close the window. Choose Close, since you already have a Hotmail or Live email address.
Click the Sign In button at the top right corner of the window.
Type your Hotmail email address and password and click Sign In.
Click the Options button
Click Options...
Click the Send Tab
Next to Mail Sending Format, click HTML Settings...
Uncheck the box next to Send Pictures with Messages
Click Ok
Click Apply
Click Ok
Step Four: Send your branded email
Click the New button
A new, blank email will pop open.
Click the Stationery button.
You will see a menu that looks something like this:
Click the More Stationery... button.
You will see this window:
Click the OnLetterhead Stationery button. You may need to scroll through the choices to find it.
Click OK.
Your OnLetterhead design will display in the compose window. You can type on it and send it as you normally would.
In the future, you should be able to choose the OnLetterhead Stationery from the Stationery drop-down menu:
Simply click OnLetterhead Stationery and compose your message.
