Now that Microsoft has completed the switch from Hotmail to Windows Live Mail, using OnLetterhead is easier than ever! All you have to do is make sure you are in Rich text mode.

Click the New button to start a new email.

Now, just be sure you see the Rich text button:

If you see the Plain text button, just click it and select Rich text.

Using OnLetterhead is a three step process:

1. Click the Login button to login to OnLetterhead. You will need your OnLetterhead user name and password.

2. Click the Compose button within Hotmail/Windows Live Mail.

3. Click the Brand It button on the OnLetterhead toolbar.

The letterhead will display in the compose window. Simply type your message and click send!
